A most recent global projects was leading a HR System implementation inserting a more complex system as a result of a recent acquisition. While the newly acquired organization was smaller in size, they tech platform was more sophisticated. The ultimate decision was to migrate to the new HR system. Based on our guidance we conducted a phased approach to ensure successful adoption as the current HR system had been in place for 10+ years.

Phases: Compensation/Benefits, Recruiting/Performance Management, Payroll (vendor change), HCM/ Org Structure.
